First Project - Regency Dress & Bralette (Part 1-Inspiration)

For Christmas this year my wonderful hubby bestowed upon me some very lovely gifts.  These gifts gave way to my want (obsession) to make another Regency dress.  He bought be a shawl/scarf & 2 black beaded chokers.  These aren't period & I'm ok with that.  I'm making this dress for me & for when my friends & I get together & dress up.  I plan to make a black day dress made of Country Classic cotton & a white under top (my terminology leaves something to be desired).  I will either attach sleeves to the under top or make them detachable.  I hope to use left over trims & ribbons to decorate it since the fabric is so plain.  Without further ado, here are the inspiration pictures.
