A little (shameless) gloating

Last night I attached my sleeves & made the bows for the sleeves & overskirt for my costume.  The bodice is so gorgeous!  This is the first costume I would call my most beautiful & elegant.  Once the buttons are sewn on the back I will post pics.  Now I need to work on my pleats.  I can't wait to have the cage hoop done & see it finally finished.  I've definitely come a long way in (approximately) 10 years of sewing.  I think I push myself a little harder each time I make a costume.  What will next year's be?
